These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the R4-D2 Discord application and bot (the "Service"), operated by Briggity LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By adding the Service to a Discord server, or by interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
R4-D2 is a Discord application that provides assistant features in Discord servers where it has been installed, responding to commands and messages directed to it. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Discord under Discord's own Terms of Service, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Server administrators are responsible for how the Service is used within servers they control.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, and may remove it from any server, at any time and without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for how you use it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
