R4-D2 is built local-first. We collect as little as possible, we process it on hardware we operate rather than third-party AI clouds, and we do not sell your data. This policy explains exactly what that means.
This Privacy Policy describes how Briggity LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the R4-D2 Discord application and bot (the "Service").
When you interact with the Service in a Discord server, Discord provides us with limited information needed to respond, which may include:
We do not request access to your email, payment information, or message history beyond what you send to the Service.
We use this information only to operate the Service: to understand your request, generate a response, and return it to you in Discord. AI inference runs on computing hardware that we operate. The content you send to the Service is not sent to third-party AI providers for processing.
We keep personal data to the minimum needed to run the Service. Interaction content is processed transiently and is not retained longer than necessary to generate and deliver a response, except where short-term operational logs are kept to maintain reliability and security. Any stored data resides on infrastructure we control.
The Service operates within Discord, and your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.
You can stop sharing data with the Service at any time by ceasing to interact with it, or a server administrator can remove the Service from a server. To request access to, or deletion of, any personal data associated with your Discord user ID, contact us at contact@briggity.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
